"How to lose ten pounds fast. Wouldn't everybody like to know how to do that. Actually, it's pretty easy. Hi, my name is Jani Roberts, I'm a personal trainer. I want to share with you a couple ideas about how you can do this. Now, first of all, what is your definition of fast, we need to know this. Lets be realistic, lets make it four weeks, we can do it in four weeks, no problem. Two and a half pounds a week, realistic, and even better, it'll stay off. A couple ideas, get a buddy, it'll be so much easier if you have somebody to do this with so you're not all by yourself. A little competition is good, shakes it up. Maybe you want to look at getting a personal trainer or going and taking some classes, dance is popular and, sometimes, when you're dancing you forget that you're actually exercising. The key is, you've got to move, everyday, at least, thirty minutes, it'd be even better if you could do sixty. Have fun with it, don't make this torture and, of course, keep your water intake up, that's really key. You'll find you're more dehydrated just from the exercise anyway so this part will be really easy. In addition, you might want to look at doing something at home. Doing a little bit of fitness right before you go to bed can make all the difference in the world. Some of us tend to eat a little bit later in the day than we really should just because we're so busy but if you can do just a little extra exercise, maybe take the dog for a quick paced walk right before you go to bed, this will make a huge difference and get that extra half pound off. During the day, remember, maybe thirty minutes with your buddy, thirty minutes on your own, keep it moving. How you can lose ten pounds fast, not a problem, you can do it in thirty days.
