"How to lose belly fat, just about everybody today is trying to figure that one out. Hi, my name is Jani Roberts, I'm a graduate of the American Academy of Nutrition, and also, a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer. I've got some great tips for you today. First of all, ladies, you need to look at your hormonal balance, check and see where you are with that, it makes a big difference where you are at your life. If this is happening with you when you're in your 20's, it's definitely going to be a little different for you make the changes, than if you're in your 40's, or your 50's. Hormones play a huge roll, in the weight that is gained in that mid section, so have that evaluated. Perhaps see your physician, a nutritionist, a natropathic, whoever you're comfortable with, but have that evaluated, it'll make a big difference, and it'll also give you peace of mind. You know, a lot of times when I work with woman who need to lose weight, they really aren't overeating. As a matter of fact, they're not eating enough sometimes, and certainly not enough of the right thing. So, we really want to look at balance. Exercise is key, most of us are way too stressed out, and stress does affect weight gain, really directly, cortisol imbalance, those types of things, really do affect it. So make sure you're getting that exercise, at least 3 times a week. When it comes to food, you know what you're eating that you shouldn't eat, don't try to quiet everything, just make it one step at a time. Remember, all you really need to do, is get started, after that, it'll all be down hill. Get a buddy, it always makes it easier. You can lose that belly fat, just stay focused, exercise 3 times a week. This is Jani Roberts, thanks for joining."
