"Now we are going to the bass drum, the kick as I like to call it the bass drum because it just kicks when you are in the band. It is the uuh. So what we are going to be doing here is we are going to be grooving. An ostinato is a repeating pattern in music. It is something that just keeps going on, repetition repeating. The sound of this is going to be like this one, two and three and four, one two and three four and with the ride cymbal it is going to sound like this."
