Let's say we want to name this as a year, so I highlight this cell, go to the insert, name define and I can name it anyway I want. But make sure you don't have spaces, it doesn't like spaces. So let's say, we name it as a year, click okay and this cell is named as year now. To prove that, I'll show it to you.
