"Hi this is Amar Enhsaihan I am going to show you how to add headers and footers to an Excel document. You go to, you open an Excel document, you go to file, page setup and then you have this window. You have page margins header footer sheet. We are only interested in headers and footers this time. So we are going to hit header and footer, and then you have field for header and then you have field for footer. You click on header and you can type whatever you want here. Which will show on the left top corner of your document. And you have center section which is the top middle section of the document. And then you have right section which is top right corner. You have this options, you can format the text you enter, you can enter the page number, you can show how many pages in total. You have date option, time option, file path where it's coming from ,file name, the name of this exact document. You have sheet name, we did not enter that one so ,take it out. Take out you just delete. And then you have picture if you want to add pictures, insert pictures. Ok we'll just write something here. Why don't we just enter a date. So you click on it, click ok, and date will show on the top left corner of your document. For our footers, we want to enter, lets just say we'll just enter the page number. So click page number, ok, click ok, and if you now print the document. Print preview, you should see that, of course I can't find anything, ok. Then we'll just say abc, so we have something to print. File, print, preview and you see that our extensive document of abc has a header of date, and it has a page number. And that's how you add headers, footers to an Excel document. I'm Amar Enhsaihan and thank you for watching."
