"As the saying goes, cleanliness is close to godliness. And this is true with your CD Rom as well. My name's James with InterConnection, I'm their Training Hardware Coordinator. And I'm going to show you how to clean your CD Rom. First step is to go to your local electronics store. What you want to do is get a CD cleaning disc. This is just like a normal CD except for it's got bristles on the bottom. And not only can you use this to clean your CD Rom, you can also use it to clean your CD player in your home or in your car. Now, first step you get the disk. Second step is you're going to put the disc into the computer. Now once the disc is in the computer depending on the manufacturer's disc, they tend to be audio CD's, they'll play the company's jingle, then at the end there will be a person that says your CD disc lense is now clean. At that point, as the man said, your lense is now clean and you're ready to go about using your CD Rom. And that's really all there is to it. My name's James Computer Hardware Training Coordinator for InterConnection."
