"You know in today's world we're multi-tasking more than ever and so are our computers. You have a lot of files open, you've got your email open, you have your internet open, you've got a couple of spreadsheets open, your instant messaging open. All these things open at once, your computer might be running a little slow. Number one reason for this is because you need to add a little more RAM, and I'm going to show you how to add that RAM. My name's James Computer Hardware Training Coordinator for InterConnection. This is our new piece of RAM, we checked with our computer manufacturer and our manual and we verified this will work properly with the machine. And it's the right speed. So now we're going to install it. We take the RAM, you'll notice that there's one cut out in the RAM, and you'll notice on your board you have one bump right here. One little bridge that goes right there. So it's more or less impossible to install the RAM backwards. So we look at our bridge, we see it's up top, we line this up top, make sure these little locking arms are all open. And then install your RAM. align it up from the bottom of the slot, align up in the top, push as you're pushing down on the arm until it locks in on the top, on the bottom it's locked in, secure. Your RAMs installed. I'm James Computer Hardware Training Coordinator for InterConnection."
