"Hi. My name is Michael Quebec. I'm here at the Heritage Kickboxing Gym and the subject matter for today is how to use Tai Chi to develop your physical potiential. Of course, Tai Chi is an internal martial art, like Shing Yee, like Pak Kwa, and in that case you're generating your internal energy, or Chi, or to put it in western terms, Bioelectricity. Well, the simple act of doing your forms for Tai Chi, Tai Chi Chwan or Tai Di Kyun in Cantonese. That by itself will, is a form of exercise and that will develop your physical potential, but the number one thing you really want to focus on is your breathing. So while you're doing your forms, your breathing is the most important thing. Making sure that you're generating your breaths from your navel, should be just right here, breathing in deeply through the stomach through your diaphragm, and breathing out. Controlling your breathing and performing all of your exercises slowly, that's the number one way to get maximum benefit from doing most of your Tai Chi forms. Keep in mind there is one form of Tai Chi, which is done fast and hard but, for our purposes, we're answering the question how to gain maximum physical potential from doing Tai Chi. Breathing, breath control and slow movements. My name is Michael Quebec. Thank you."
