"Welcome, my name is Lars-Erik Robinson. I'm an illustrator. Today I thought we'd talk about how to draw a bird's wing. You obviously want to start out understanding where the, how the wing is attached to the arm. But do the top part of the wind first. Get that flow of it going up and going down. And then remember at the end over here the feathers happen but you do that last. So the first step is doing the top of it and having it going down. Like an arm like that. And then you got to remember there is the top part of the wing. And then you want to get the feathers, you start from this top part here and work down with the feathers like that. So there's always steps to everything that you're doing in drawing. But it's definitely fun to draw. I've always been drawing ever since I was like twelve years old. And birds are so beautiful. You got to think of flowing when you try to draw, draw this. Maybe we can even have a feather coming off of it just to have fun. Hey, there's some feathers coming off! All the things I always do always have a lot of action to them. Maybe it's my comic book upbringing. I always try to get a lot of movement in my drawings. So there's shadow underneath here. Always thinking about shadow and how it's formed. You could do that by just taking a pencil and having it come out like that. So you know the bird body's right there but today we're just talking about the feather. So there's a first step to this. There's the top part of the wing and then understanding that the bone part of wing is here. Then work down with the feathers. Work down with those little strokes and see strokes like. Alright? I hope that explains a little bit more how to do a feather; a bird's wing and feathers. Enjoy guys."
