"Well, hello there. Welcome! My names is Lars-Erik Robinson and today you might be interesting in to getting yourself in to drawing. And what I decided to do is, I wanted to show you the different kind of drawing pencils that we can use. What, what is the trick here is you actually have different H's and you have B's in pencils. And you get over whelmed sometimes when you see all these different types of pencils that they do have in this kind of field. So what you, the reason they have H's is because when you do a lighter, when you start a drawing, you want to start it lighter. And I'm drawing a man here with a mustache. The reason to have it lighter is because you want to have a real small thin lines like that. And when you get to the darker pencils, they gradually go from 9 H's to HB's to 5 B's. Let's go to the stronger ones. My recommendation is the average one which is a 2 B. The 2 B is really average. It shows a bold line. We'll do his neck. And obviously, we're showing you something simple but just something to get you used to doing it. Get his hair right there. Where's his eyes? There's his eyes! So that's a 2 B and if you go all the way up to the 9 B, which is a stronger one; that one you can really get in to the darks. Like if this gentleman has a dark mustache, it gets is really bold. Here's his nose. Little shadow underneath the nose. You know how all these people that have those little goatees, they have those little fills right there. So this gives you an idea of how to choose a drawing pencil. So like I said, you can choose a drawing pencil. You have different erasers that go with them. You have sharpeners. And that's different ideas for you guys to get started. So don't get overwhelmed. Always have fun. That's my motto is "artainment", I mixed art and tainment together. See you next time."
