"Hi so I'm Jason Mac genius and today we're going to talk about how to secure a wireless network. When you first create the network, and you're first getting your wireless set up. You're going to go in and you're going to probably put in passwords to protect your wireless network and lock it down so when other people access it they're going to have to use a password. Since this net work is already set up, what we're going to do is we're going to go into create a new network, we'll call this tester again. And I'm going to click on the show options down here, and we're going to enable encryption, using WEP, so we're just put in the word test all lower case. And you can change it to one hundred and twenty-eight bit or forty bit, which is more compatible. And hit okay, and that way when another computer goes to connect to this computer it should ask about the password. Which we'll put in all lower case test. So we're going to disconnect now, and click back into our ellipsis. So basically that's how you create a secure wireless network. You start out with the ground level with the passwords when you're doing your initial network set up, and then after that you can access that network and change the password if you want. Thanks for watching, I'm Jason."
