"H I'm Jason Mac genius and today we're going to talk about how to renew your IP address. An IP address is an internet protocol address, and it's basically a series of numbers that give an identity to your devices. Usually it's in a configuration of one nine six dot one three two dot five two dot one, that's usually the format it follows. One of the ways you can do this is to take your router, and you're going to reset using a pen, the little thing right here that says reset. Most routers will have this, if they don't have a reset button they're going to have a little whole, and you can stick a paper clip in and reset it. Also on your modem or your router you can unplug it, and you can wait for five to ten seconds and plug it back in. So that's basically how you reset your IP address, is by resetting your router, or unplugging your router or your modem for about five to ten seconds. And then you get a new IP address. I'm Jason, that's how you get a new IP address. Bye."
