"Hi, I'm Jason, Mac genius, and today we're going to talk about setting up a wireless network. When you go and you purchase a router you're basically going to have software that's going to - when you install it - walk you through each of the steps that you're going to need to know as you go through that. And a lot of times when you - if you're using like Quest or Comcast, they'll come out and install it for you and you won't have too much to worry about. But if you go out and you buy an Apple base station and you load that software, again it's going to launch the airport utility and it's going to basically walk you through very, very easy steps on how to initiate the base station connected to your Mac and create a network. And in that case you'll be naming a network, giving it encryption if you want encryption, passwords, stuff like that. So it's really all software based when you do that, when you buy that. You'll get the software, you install it, it'll walk you through it. So that's really all you have to know for that. As long as you can read you're good to go. I'm Jason and that's the basics - real basics - on setting up an airport wireless network. Thanks."
