How to Deep Condition Your Hair

"Hi, this is Liz Muller from Liz's Hair Design in Hollywood, Florida. In this clip, I'm going to show you how to deep-condition your own hair. Now with my hair, what I do is actually shampoo with a really good shampoo - something that moisturizes it because it needs moisture. I use a really intense mask. This is a great mask to use. I use about that much, rub it in my hair, put it all the way through my hair, going to the front of my hair which is the dryest part. I have really dry hair in the front. Sometimes I actually use a vial to put through the hair. I don't need to go underneath the dryer with these, but you can if you want to if you have another kind of conditioner. I will take a cap and roll my hair around into the cap for a nice, good treatment. If you don't have a cap at home, don't worry about it.
