"Hi I'm Jason, previous Mac genius and today we are going to talk about, we're going to talk a briefly about how to start up a frozen Mac. It is not going to happen a lot but when it does what you need to do is if you get a kernel panic that is one of the few things on the screen and you will see the screen just kind of turn gray and it will say you need to restart our computer. The way to do that is not to unplug it from the wall, you don't want to do that. There is a power button that we want to depress and if you depress it and hold down it will restart the computer and that button is right here. All you have to do is press and hold that button and the computer will cold boot. I did not hold the button down long enough because we are not frozen here but if you just press the button it will bring up this menu. Basically by pressing that button it is basically forcing the machine to cold boot and it should restart for you and there shouldn't be any problems. If there is, take it to a Mac genius. I'm Jason, previous Mac genius. I'll see you next time."
