"Hi. I'm Jyler Noviello, and I'm going to give you some tips on how to do a proper youth soccer warm-up. In youth soccer, it's very important to stretch out before you start playing. The four most important muscle categories that I would stretch would be my quads, my hamstrings, my calves, and my groins. All right. After you're done stretching, it's very important to get a couple nice runs in just so you loosen your body up and get your heart rate going. So you can either take a couple runs across the field and get some exercises going in, such as some high knees or some butt kicks. Or you can just take a couple laps around the field and do it at your own pace just so you get warmed up. Now after that, it would be important for you to get a partner and a ball, and just start passing the ball, one and two touch, just so you get your legs going. A combination of these stretches, the running, and passing the ball with a teammate should get you ready for your training session. And that is how to do a proper youth soccer warm-up."
