"My name is Dr. Endre Sos and I will tell you a few words about how to take your rabbit outdoors. First of all you must remember that rabbits especially home kept pet rabbits are not familiar animals outdoors and they have a lot of enemies so hawks, coyotes, stray dogs, even stray cats can kill the rabbits so the most important thing is never let your rabbit alone outdoors. If you want to have your rabbit a comfortable time outdoors then you have to prepare the animal for this. This takes some time. You should buy a leash and you should buy also a kind of very familiar transport box which is home for the rabbit and give some time for the animal. If you practice and if you give the time for the animal then the animal will be used to using this box it will feel comfortable and it will feel as its home so you can go without but never leave unattended the animal. This is very important. If the whole process goes very well it is possible even to walk with the rabbit but use the leash for this and be always with the animal. Allow the rabbit to hop, don't try to guide because rabbits usually don't like it and if the animal is intelligent enough then you can have nice times outdoors."
