"Hello, my name is Zephyr Clarke-Dolberg from Miami dog training. In this clip we're going to teach you how to deal with separation anxiety in your dog. One of your best tools is the crate. It's not used for punishment, however, it is used to make the dog feel more secure within itself. Sometimes even dogs, with a thunderstorm, they hear thunder, they start barking, they have anxiety based on thunder. The crate is a good place to let them go and and relax. It's close and it's tight quarters, it makes them feel safe in their den. There, also, is some other products out there on the market, there's rescue remedy and Homeo-Pet, which is a dropper that goes under the dogs tongue, to help him deal with anxiety. But exercise can, once again, take and lot of the negative energies and crazy wild energies in your dog. This is Zephyr Clarke-Dolberg and this has been how to treat your dog's separation anxiety."
