"Hi, this is Rachael Richardson, with Nutrolution in South Beach, Miami, Florida. In this clip, we're going to talk about how to make a protein shake before bed. And it's about nine p.m. here, and I'm winding down from the day. Had a great day, and I just want to make sure that my blood sugars are really stabilized before bed and that I have nice solid sleep. And that's one of the benefits of having a nice protein shake before you go to sleep at night. So what I'm going to do here is go ahead and start with my protein powder, and it actually is this type right here, which I personally love. It's an organic whey protein, and it's pretty much the only protein powder that I use and recommend for you. And I'm just going to go ahead and open it up. It's nice and convenient. Throw it in my cup. So we've added some water, and now I'm going to go ahead and add just a little bit of coconut milk, because this has some nice fat in it to help stabilize my blood sugar a little bit more. So I've got an open can of stir right here from my fridge, so add that in there. It's the real coconut milk. It's not the light kind. And then I'm going to add some frozen fruit. I like strawberries and raspberries and blueberries. Those are all the most nutritious fruits that you can, that you can add that are also lower in sugar. So just go with some strawberries for now. Close it up using this magic bullet that's really convenient, and blend blend it up. And here I have a delicious strawberry smoothie. And I'm going to give it a taste. Mmm, it's yummy. This is Rachael Richardson, and this has been how to make a before bed protein shake."
