"Hi my name is Lauren with makeup by Dodge and today we will be talking about how to apply evening makeup. So Gina already has half of her face pretty much eveninged out but pretending she doesn't have any of that. The main difference between day time and night time makeup is really the drama. The drama can be played in your eyes, it can be played in your cheeks and it can be played in your mouth and on your lips. As you can see the difference between these two eyes is what makes it more evening is because this is definitely much darker, much more dramatic. Her cheeks if she were to go from a daytime to a nighttime look she could just swipe on a little bit more blush with a little deeper of a contouring effect just right here, not so much on the apple but starting from her hairline swish it down. If she wanted to play up her lips she can make it just a darker color, add a little bit more gloss or some frost and the frost and all of that will make it just that much more exciting. When you do evening makeup think of where you are going to be and the kind of lighting that you are going to have. If you are going to be at a candlelit dinner for instance a darker eye, a darker lip and a darker cheek altogether even if you wanted it to be will just look a little bit more natural. You're not going to see it, it's not going to be as garish as if you were under the bright lights that we are right now. So I'm going to demonstrate how to make the evening eye just a little bit more dramatic from this to this. It can be considered a smoky eye if you want it to be. You can also do the cat eye which I have already done as well which makes it more dramatic. It really depends on what you are comfortable with, with sporting. You don't want to look too made up but at the same time your evening makeup is going to last a little bit longer. It is going to be a little bit more fun in the evening so yea, let's start with a nice deep plum which we have on this side of her face. We are going to take an angled brush or just a brush with a really flat flat nest to it if you will and we are going to start at the corner of her eye and blend into the crease and blend down her lash line. Look up Gina you can also put it at the very bottom and make sure you really really blend it that is the key to making something natural get very natural looking for the evening."
