"Hi, this is Phillip Toriello, and this is how to swim heads up freestyle. The heads up freestyle stroke is a wonderful stroke for those that want to breathe as often as they like by keeping their head above the water, those who are playing water polo, so they can have a visual of everything that's going on during the game, and also for lifesaving. So then, if you're swimming out to a victim in, or a person in distress, you can keep your eyes on them the whole time. In the heads up freestyle, you're going to be using a lot of lower body strength to try to keep that whole body up on top of the water and propel yourself forward. So you'll be using a nice strong, like otter paw; flat hands, a nice strong follow-through stroke with high elbows. So the stroke's going to look a little bit like this. But obviously you'll be using a lot more legs to help keep your hips up to kind of maintain that hydrodynamic flow through the water. on 8/20/2009 I wish that some one could teach me how to swim the front stroke like Philip Toriello or that Samantha lady. I like it when the guy in the video waves, that is so sweet and gentle man like. Enough with the crow saying Caw caw cawing already says Philip Toriello and Bret Hart.

on 8/19/2009 I find it so sweet that Philip Toriello would wave as he swims heads up Freestyle, I find that quite friendly that he did that. I wish that Philip Toriello would tell that Crow in the video to shut up. I wish that crow would quit saying caw Caw in this video. I find it funny that the crow is saying caw caw during the Video.
