"Hi, I'm James with JNC Home Repair. Today I'm going to show you how to install a bathroom toilet paper hanger. These are pretty easy to install, you just need to determine the location where you're actually going to install the thing. You want to install it somewhere where it's convenient for you while you're on the toilet, preferably up against the cabinet or the wall. In this particular instance, you can see where the old paper hanger use to be installed. So we're just going to go ahead and install a new one in the location where the old one use to be. Basically all you're going to need is, a Phillips-head screwdriver for the hardware, for the screws. You may prefer a drill, a drill makes it just a little more faster, a little bit easier, you don't have to crank the screwdriver as much. But basically all you need is, just a brand new paper holder, and a Phillips-head screwdriver or drill. And it's basically pretty easy to install, and it can also give you a updated look in your bathroom as well. Okay, basically we're going to go back in with the new paper holder. We're going to try to go back into the same holes as we came out with the old one with, it just makes the installation a little bit easier, you don't have to re-drill any kind of holes, you just got to make sure that your new screws line up with the existing holes that use to be there. And in this case, this one is going to fit just perfectly, okay. And just use your Phillips-head screwdriver, go ahead and re-run it in, just like so. The reason you may want to consider doing this is, because if you go with something a little bit different, it goes in a different location, then you're going to have to worry about repairing and patching the location where your other one came out of, you're either going to have holes, or you may have to touch up the paint, or a couple of different things, okay. Normally, if you were going to go in a new location, you would want to put your little sleeve in here, where the paper goes, and actually line it up, that way you don't get them spaced too far apart, you get them back right in the location. But his one right here, we're just going to go ahead and double check it. And it looks like it's going to go ahead and mount right back in the same holes, is what we were looking for, okay. So, go ahead and get these screws started. You want to leave a little bit of play on one of them so you can actually turn the other side. You don't want to snug the first side down all the way, or you're going to be in a bind and you're not going to be able to rotate it at all, and it just makes it a little bit harder to install. Just once you get them lined up, you know the screws are going in the holes and not cross threaded. Then you can come back over, re-tighten your first one, and get it snug. And once you got it in, you're ready to go. Go ahead and double check it, it fits, go ahead and get your roll of toilet paper, just like so, and voila! You're ready to go."
