"Hi, my name is Lauren with Makeup by Dodge and today we'll be discussing how to conceal blemishes and the first thing to remember when you're concealing a blemish is the color of it. It's red broken capillaries or your pimples or any other busted vessels in your face. So, you can cover it up essentially by putting a blue or a green to counteract the red as an under concealer and then find a concealer that's like a hint lighter than your regular foundation. You're going to want to go over the red spots. Concealer is much, much thicker than foundation so you're going to want to make sure that you only hit the problem areas. If you go all over your face, it can make it look really cakey and unnatural and like you're wearing a mask and much of the time putting makeup on is to make you look like you're naturally beautiful. You powder it to set it and you don't have any more blemishes."
