"Hi I'm Charles with ATX audio video. Many people commonly ask me how do you clean and HDTV. First I will note, never use Windex or any strong household cleaners on an HDTV set, as the plastics in the screen materials are very delicate and sensitive to the harsh chemicals. Commonly we just use a standard microfiber cloth and wipe down the frame and the screen with the cloth and typically erase any finger prints and smudges on the screen. If there's more, if the screen is extremely dirty, I recommend using a mild cleaner such as monster cleaner made by the monster company brand. It is a mild cleaner which will not harm your electronics and will keep your HDTV looking good for years."
