"Hi, my name is Sue Conrad, and I am going to show you how to stretch your shoulders. You're going to step your feet a little further than shoulder width apart, extend your arms outward, elbows slightly bent, palms down. You're going to hold this stretch for five to ten seconds. Once you've held that for five to ten seconds you're going to extend your arms overhead, palms in, grab the left elbow, press down across the back. You're going to hold this stretch from ten to fifteen seconds. You're going to try and keep your posture, tighten up your core, keep your knees slightly bent. You're going to switch sides, pushing that elbow across the back, stretching out the shoulders, keeping the shoulders relaxed as well, tensing the core. You're going to hold this side ten to fifteen seconds. Then you're going to repeat the same series again, and in between you're going to bring them back to the starting position. Go back out, palms down, grab the elbow from the left side, and hold this stretch ten to fifteen seconds. Switch sides, you're going to hold this stretch ten to fifteen more seconds. You're going to do that series two to three times. This is how you stretch your shoulders."
