"Hi, my name is Sue Conrad and I'm going to demonstrate how to stretch your back properly. You want to lie flat on the mat, legs extended, and take your arms out to ninety degrees and you're going to take both knees, bring them up and turn your hips to the left and you're going to turn your head to the right. It's going to bring your knees down as far they can be comfortably, to regain a nice gently stretch for your mid-low back without overdoing it to where you're to it torquing it. Okay. You're going to hold this about to ten seconds and go ahead and go back to center. You're going to take your legs and you're going to bring it over to the right side. You can stack them in nice bound triangle. You're going to pivot your head to the left side and gently stretch the neck and back. Begin that stretching the mid and low back. You can hold this five to ten seconds. You want to make this nice and gentle. You can also actually put your hands on your knees and push in a little bit more to the opposite side if you want to extend your stretch a little bit. And that's how to stretch your low back properly."
