"In this clip we're going to show you how to do round off to back-flip. The first step that we're using is round off jump. The second step that we're using is round off jump, the coach is helping them, and they just, bend your knees up. And the next step is doing the round off back-flip, or back summer-salt. In both case, the gymnast, before to do the back-flip, or the back summer-salt, have to do so many steps, like, I said before."
