"In this clip we're going to show you how to perform a somersault. It's two somersault, forward somersault and backward somersault. The forward somersault is like this. (Demo) And this somersault can be combined with another skill. Like, for example, front handspring somersault. (Demo) The back somersault, performing like that. (Demo) This is a standing somersault. We can using back handspring somersault. (Demo) These two are skills in gymnastics using a floor exercise and also in high bars, and P-bars, and beams for the girls, and balls using a different way. But it's also front somersaults and back somersaults."
