"Weight training in gymnastics. And personally me, I don't do so many weights in gymnastics. Maybe other coaches do it. The way I use the weight in gymnastics is to complicate the skill, make the skill a little harder, but we're not using weight like weight lifting. For example this skill, this is a regular sit up I using the weight to make it more difficult the skill and giving to her more stretch. And here on bars, for the same reason making the skill a little harder. That's it."
