So I'm going to have Riley if you would, would you mind turning over so you are laying on your back and I'm going to go ahead and do some stretches on your legs this way. How are you feeling, are you comfortable still, feel o'kay? Are you warm enough? O'kay so I am going to move a little bit here so I can do these next couple of stretches. First what we want to do is go ahead and move so I can see Riley and he can see me so I can see by looking at his face if he is still comfortable and how this massage type of stretching feels for him and what we'll do is we will take his ankles, his foot and the first thing is we are just going to go and slowly bend it back. Does that feel o'kay? Oh did you say it feels good? Oh, o'kay that's even better, that's better than o'kay. So we are just stretching and bending back at the ankle. Shake it out and do it again and then we'll do the other side just in a moment. Let's go ahead and stretch the other side. It's bent and you can use your whole hand as a support for bending. You don't want to just press on the toes when you are bending up, you want to press at the ball of the foot too so make sure that you are getting that entire pressure. One at a time.
