"So we are going to go ahead now and do a couple of stretches, do a few stretches. The first one we will do now is for quadriceps and that is the muscle right in the front of your thigh. So what I want to do is make sure he is relaxed and we are going to test him here. Make sure he is not cheating and helping me, yea, good don't help and we are going to go ahead and really supporting, making sure we are supporting, making sure that thigh is o'kay and helping to bend back so I'm going to put my left hand right underneath his thigh, supporting his thigh, giving a little bit of a lift and bending the knee and our foot. We are going to hold this stretch for a few seconds. Do you feel the stretch in the front of your thigh at all? Not yet, oh he is very flexible. We're going to give a little bit more of a stretch. There you go. Nice stretch, stretching out the quads. Start to bring it down, when you bring it down help guide the knee back down, really being supportive of the ankle, the entire leg shake it out and bring it down. We'll do it one more time. We'll do it at least two times on each leg so supporting again, bending all the way up and we want to bend the foot back. Nice stretch, hold that giving a little bit of a lift at the knee when we are supporting the thigh. We're just giving a little bit of a lift at the knee. We're coming back up and gently letting the knee go down shaking it out, nice and relaxed and we'll go ahead and move on to the other leg. So again we are repeating the process making sure that our hand is underneath supporting the knee and the thigh bending all the way back. You might bring your hand up here to the foot so it is ready and when the knee is bent you feel a little bit of a stretch in the quads and just give a little bit of a bend at the ankle. You want to hold that for a few seconds and bring it down gently letting the knee come down, shaking the leg a little bit just making sure it stays relaxed. Before we move on to another stretch we're just going to let his legs sit here for a moment and take a little bit of a break and then we'll move on to another stretch. So go ahead and place your warm hands right again at his knees it is a good center for his legs and just relax until you move on to the next stretch."
