"With our nice warm calves we are going to go ahead and move on to our next stroke which is raking stroke so we are using our fingers opened wide, the palms and the finger pads we are going to use as a nice raking stroke so go ahead and start on one leg first. We are just raking the entire calf. We are getting as much skin to skin contact as you can so you might start raking right in the center of the calf and then gradually move a little bit to the side, just going ahead and getting the entire muscle, breaking all the way down before you move on to the next side, the other leg and when you do again remember keep one hand connected at all times and then move on to the next leg, breaking all the way down. You can break one hand at a time hand over hand in a way and if you use both of your hands, or one hand at a time going down. When you are started to finish raking the entire muscle on this other leg we are going to go ahead and rest our hands up at the top behind the knees and give him a nice couple of rakes down both legs so they both feel nice and warm before you move on to your next massage stroke. So we are going to keep them warm by raking and just go ahead and rest them right up here at the knees before you move on to your next stroke."
