"Sit with me, we're going to relax, are you ready? OK, so what do we do first, let's sit up together. Sit up, make our back straight, push your shoulders all the way up, high, high, high, high, and drop em'. Let's do it again, high, high, high, high and drop em'. And one more time. All the way up, up, up, up, and drop. Take a deep breath in through your nose and we're going to blow it out through our mouth. OK, here we go. Whooo, close our eyes, and in through your nose, whooo. Let's do one more, whooo. I think we should roll our shoulders back three times, one, two, three, nice and slow, and forward. One, two, and three, and forward. One, two, three, hold 'em up by your ears, and drop 'em down. And one more time, up by your ears, and drop em' down. And, shake it all out. Shake out your shoulders, your arms, and your hands. Shake it all out, make sure you're nice and relaxed. Are you feeling nice and relaxed? So, you're ready to get a massage. Alright, we're almost ready to get started."
