"So before you get started with a message, any kind of message with your child it's very important that you relax. Before we get started today we're going to go ahead and relax so that any tension or stress or anything that we have going on in our outside life, outside of this message time we can get rid of it, it can go away. Children feel all of that tension and stress in your hands when you are giving them message. So let's go ahead and get ready and then relax. Would you like to relax with me? O.k. so sit up and we want to take some deep breaths in, let's breathe in through our nose and out threw our mouth. You can close your eyes if you want. Breathing in and out. Let's do it again. And out, good. O.k. now let's roll our shoulders backwards, o.k. both arms together. O.k. backwards and forward, good job. And do backward again, three and three forward. Want to count them 1 2 3. Now hold them up, your shoulders up to your ears, up to your ears and then let them drop. And shake it all out. Make sure our hand are loose and everything right? Because we're going to be ready to do a message, you want to make sure we're relaxed. Do you feel relaxed to get a message? I don't know are you feeling relaxed? She looks relaxed. O.k. I think we're getting, we're getting ready to get started in just a minute."
