"Hi my name is Otis St. Clair and today I am here to talk to you about the attributes of a good team leader. Now a good team leader doesn't have to be the best player on the team, he doesn't necessarily have to be a good team captain but to be a good team leader not only do you have to be able to follow but you have to be able to represent your team in a positive manner, you have to be confident in what you do. You have to be able to have the respect of your team mates and you have to be able to be selfless, meaning that you have to be able to help others around you and not worry about yourself so much. You don't need to date the cheerleaders. You don't need to be the tallest player or the fastest player. You just need to be able to have the respect of your team mates, confidence, and also be a winner. My name is Otis and those are the attributes of being a good team leader. Have a great day."
