"Hi Bob Mathews with Power 1 K Body Shaping Program. How to get rid of a double chin, well if it's a true double chin from birth, that's always a little more difficult but if it's that extra you're talking about that accrues over all the years of bad diet choices, what is going to reverse it is making good diet choices so what is typical out there right now going on with that. People are using mesotherapy. You can look it up on line. There are different products. There are some people doing injections. There are some people doing topical creams. There are other people doing full surgical removal. The hardest thing is to get you to think about the way you eat. If you want that to go away you are going to have to shave back that body fat so therein lies your biggest struggle so if you didn't go do the mesotherapy type approach. While it is quicker, it is very expensive and it doesn't change your lifestyle. If you can get this to go away with a lifestyle change there is A so there's diets all over the internet. We have them on our website at power1k.com. Also one that I like is called vitabot.com. Great website. You have a grading system and every day it will tell you whether you got A's or whether you got B's or all the way down to a failing grade. The good news there it is going to make sure that if you can get A's, more consistent than you are probably doing right now, guess what in time that will go away so good luck. Eat well."
