"Hi Bob Mathews with power one k body shaping program. How to get abs of steel. Well we all want those right so how do you do that. Well everybody that does a lot of abs while they may not necessarily have a revealed six pack could actually have abs of steel. Because if you touched them they would be rock hard. There's times when I may not be as lean as I am other times of the year, where while I may not have what you would consider a six pack but if you hit them they are rock hard. And so you can have abs of steel, so don't worry if you are over weight or you have too much body fat cause that's a whole different topic. Is how to get a six pack. But to get rock hard abs, my favorite exercise is leg lifts. It's not overly difficult, it's something most people can do. I very rarely seen it where somebody can't do it. The important thing about anytime you do any body shaping is always focus in your mind what body part you are working. And you need to focus on it. I call it engaging the body part, when I do a curl, I don't sit there and start thinking about my calf. I'm trying to contract my curl so same thing with the abs. When you do this exercise some people say I feel it in my legs, I feel it in my lower back, well you know what you are not thinking about your abs. Stay in your abs, right now I'm in there, slow little pants, it's not you are probably are over training. You should be able to just calmly do these. I do four sets of twenty of four sets of twenty five, probably three to four days a week. I at least do it every time I'm at the gym. I don't see why not. There's a million of these benches sitting around, there's always an end. So one can even use the other end if you are training with someone. For sets of twenty five and over time you'll get those rock hard abs. So keep it up and good luck."
