"Hi Bob Mathews with Power One K Body Shaping Program. How to get a six pack. Well the real truth is it's very, very difficult. A true six pack outside of a genetic gift is a body fat reduction thing. You have to be so low in body fat that the skin around your and fat around your abdominals actually allow your abdominals to be revealed. And that's the only way a person that ways four hundred pounds, they have abs, in fact they'd have really good abs probably, if you carry around four hundred pounds in your core in your midsection all day long, how good would your abs be just no different then they have really good developed legs. The problem is they got all that layers and layers and layers of fat hiding it. Well that's true with somebody who is also in shape. If you take some guy that or girl that's at a body fat percentage that is very , very decent and attractive and they want to take it to that next level to have that real sexy abdominal six pack if you want to call it that. Well ironically once you get to the six pack you actually have an eight pack. But it none the less, it's very, very difficult at this point because that guy or that girl have to go to a body fat percentage that's a lot lower then they think. Now the question will be how low do you go. If you are a measurer, it's too difficult to quantify because everybody's biochemically unique so what that means is maybe my abs reveal the six pack that you are looking for by the pool at nine percent, maybe ten percent or some people reveal at twelve percent so that's good news for somebody who is already at fifteen percent. But bad news for somebody who's at fifteen and has to get down to maybe say ten so how do you do that. It's all diet. It's always been about what you put and don't put into your body. You can do abs till you are blue in the face, and that's why I'm not going to even demonstrate in this video because for what I'd be fooling you. Abs are important. They are part of your whole body, they start from the center and keep everything going so the core we know is important. I'm not discounting crunches, what I'm simply saying is do your crunches, lower your expectations and if you want, you want to be really excited about getting those sexy abs, along with lowering your expectations lower your body fat. And now saturated fat is ingested so you can control that. Now if you lower your body fat and keep everything going the way you've been going, you are going to be stoked. You are going to be very very happy because when you do go by the pool, you will have those awesome sexy abs that everybody talks about. Good luck."
