First of all you are supposed to gain weight so we already know that so let that one go. The recovery time to where you get it back to where you have that tight tummy, part of it is just process. For nine months you were just going in this direction and it's not going to take you nine to come back but you have got to be realistic that it is not your fault. That's just what happens it happens with everyone. Now how fast you come back and get back to that tummy you are desiring at least prepregnancy would depend on one, your food choices.
