"Hi! Bob Mathews with Power One Body Shaping Program. I'm here to show you how to build forearms. Interesting about forearms like calves they either have them or you don't. It's a pseudo genetic gift but you can build them and they take time. They're used all the time in everything we do so then they take a little bit extra attention. I found the most effective thing to do is to do what I call rollers. I'm coming in and I'm going out. The difference is while these are twenty fives I've gone as high as eighties, nineties and a hundreds and encourage as you get stronger and stronger but four sets of twenty five to thirty reps it takes a lot of repetitions. You're not going to get anywhere by doing five reps or ten reps thinking that's going to produce something. It's going to be over time and the beautiful thing about this one is because it works from the inside and on the outside, you start seeing a better curvature right here and then you start seeing more definition through here. So, four sets of twenty five and I'm going to say three to four days a week. It's not like the other body parts where you can just get away with once a week or twice a week. It's going to take you three or four so good luck and see you on line"
