"Hi Bob Mathews with Power 1 K Body Shaping Program. How to get rid of man boobs. Wow that's a tough one because it is going to go a little bit against what maybe you have been trying to do. The idea I guess behind just doing more chests would be probably not exactly what you need to do. I think you need to change the exercises you need to do on your chest but I would not necessarily. I will give you an example. I have a client that comes in here and he wants to do chest every time he is here because he has man boobs. So then he keeps saying well should I just do chest and that way I can get that shape and I wish it was that easy. The biggest problem is he is probably at 39% body fat. That does not help. If you are over 30% body fat, oo, that is going to be a tough one because all the exercise in the world is not going to help that. The exercises will help support man boobs when you find your body fat per cent is down to a good per cent like for a guy below 20 a woman, right around 20% but since we are dealing with man boobs we only care about you men so here's the deal, you've got to get down to around 15%. Now what can you do on an exercise, I can at least tell you what to avoid. Avoid the flat bench which is your standard bench press. I would avoid declines big time because why would you want to build this up, you already have enough weight down here. You need to build support and structure up here. I would only focus on my inclines and all I would ever every do is inclines. In fact I recommend men over 40 unless you come from a background like mine where you have been in fitness the whole time. I would never do a bench press. I would encourage you not to do it because you don't need more weight here. Let gravity handle itself. Trust me you already know it is working that way and start working that upper chest so you create that support so work the upper chest, get your saturated fats in control so that you can start to burn fat and get your body fat percentage around 17% where I'd feel a little more comfortable.
