"Hey I'm Mike and today I'm going to show you how to throw a four seam fastball. Whenever throwing a four seam fastball, it's important to grip the baseball in a four seam grip. When grabbing the baseball, the seams, you will grab across the horseshoe of the baseball, the laces create a horseshoe and you will grab across the seams. This will give you the four seam grip. When throwing the four seam fastball be sure to stay behind the baseball, to create backspin. The backspin will allow you to throw a true pitch that won't have very much movement. This is good for situations that a strike is needed or if you want to throw the ball a little faster to try to get it past the hitter. I'll now show you how to throw a four seam fastball, and that's how you throw a four seam fastball."
