"Hey I'm Mike, and I'm going to show you how to pitch a baseball today. There are many things that you need to consider whenever you pitch a baseball. There are many different steps. The first steps you need, you need to point out your target. Number two there's a certain step call a rock step. That that rock step is when you take your momentum, and you slowly bring it back. This allows you to gain balance, and begin your momentum towards the plate. After you hit the rock step, you will turn your foot allowing yourself to gain a good passage to the plate. You will come up to a power position from which you will be throwing the ball. After the power position, you will bring down to your stride when your arm will come up, and you'll be in a what you would call a power position. From here you will bring your body forward, bring your arm forward as well in which you will release the ball and follow through. And now we'll do it in real speed. And that's how you throw a pitch."
