"This is Financial Adviser Patrick Munro talking about the highest money market rates available. As an investor, it's important that you seek out the highest rates of return for your hard-earn dollars. There are different ways of doing this. What you can do is take time and go out and visit the different bricks and mortar financial institutions, banks, credit unions and broker chalices. You can interview the personnel about their holdings and review their brochures, etc. etc. Many people in the modern times don't have the time to actually do that. The best way then is the internet, to achieve the best rates and many times these institutions have less overhead, it can offer a higher rate of return. The best website that I find to this type of search is called bankrate.com; that's bankrate.com. And you can literally go on there and for all different types of financial instruments, from cd's to money market accounts and beyond you can get the highest rate of return. This is Patrick Munro talking about how to get the highest rates of return on your money market accounts."
