"Shiatsu, used for centuries to treat and balance the body. Hi, I'm Christina Bjergo, licensed Shiatsu, massage practitioner. And I'm going to show you today, some points to use for nausea. Particularly on the arm we use some points, the most common point is along the crease line, between the two tendons, going up two thumb widths, and find that point, and just giving it some nice gentle massage. You're going to apply massage for about 30 seconds, if that comfortable, or longer, as needed. Sometimes the other arm will be more effective, so find what's right for you. Nausea, also some other points to use, are along the crease line itself, and this is a matter of preference, different people prefer different points, so perhaps just going along the whole crease line from one side to another. And if there's a particular point that feels better, just stay there, and apply pressure. Remember to do the other side as well. Applying pressure along the crease line, and noting if a particular point feels good, and enjoying that. Shiatsu for nausea, very simple techniques you can apply today."
