First point talk about is between the thumb and the forefinger in the web in here. This gets energy throughout the body moving smoothly and harmoniously. Pain is stuck energy in the body, and so we want to get things, the blood moving to relieve any pain. You can do this on both sides. Then locally in the area that's affected, you go below the davel a couple inches, and just to gently apply pressure to stimulate this area. You might want to do a little pressure or deeper massage, depending on what feels most comfortable to you. Then there are points we can also use in the leg. Between the first and second toe in the webbing there, this is another great point just to encourage the smooth flow of energy, and when the energy flows smoothly there's no pain. Finally, a great point known for being helpful for women's health issues is going from the ankle four fingers up along the bone and apply pressure. Remember to breathe and relax and enjoy your session as you give yourself some shiatsu for menstrual cramps."
