"This is Double Knee Drop. Double Knee Drop is also effective for stabilizing the pelvis. Okay, so we're letting both knees drop to the earth, arms can be out into a T or palms up right by your sides. Bring the feet out to about shoulder width apart, drawing both knees down at the same time from side to side. I like to inhale, let the knees drop to the right. Exhale, up to center. Inhale, let them drop to the left. Feel the nice release in through the pelvis and exhale. Inhale, breathe it in, exhale up. Couple more, breathe it in, relaxing completely. Exhale up. Inhale it to the side and exhale up."
