Video Transcript

"Transitioning on to your knees and on to your hands on to table pose. Your hands are directly underneath the shoulders and your knees are right underneath the hips. Inhale into dog melt the belly, draw the shoulders back, look up to the sky, exhale round your back into a Halloween Cat. Inhale melt it down your belly your heart, squeeze the shoulder blades together, look up to the sky. Exhale, roll it up, arch and stretch, inhale breathe it in, melt the belly, heart and exhale arch the back and one more inhale into dog, breathe it in, melt the belly heart, squeeze the shoulder blades, look to the sky and exhale round it out into our final cat. Then back into table."
