"Now transitioning to triangle pose. Feet wide, step out, arms out into a "T". Triangle is wonderful to transition into after warrior and extended side arm. Now rotate the foot out, the right foot, ninety degrees, big toe in, left foot. And swivel your way down, right fingers touching the floor, look up to your left hand. Breathe. Remember you can also have a block to help you as well. Lifting up through the abs, the shoulders. Healing a nice hip opening. Feeling it stretch to the side of the body. And then rotate back up. Bring those feet forward, arms out into a "T" and engaged the abs lift the ribs and rotate that left foot. I am just going to grab my block. And then we are going to rotate, swivel it down. And on the block or the floor, you can also use the blankets as well instead of a block. Looking up to the sky. Careful not to collapse the shoulders, reached it up. Remember you want that right foot to be pigeoned toed to protect the knees. Breathe and breathe. And then swivel it back up and, hop in."
