"Hi. You're trying to figure out what to do with your hair, and you don't have time to go to the stylist, and there's no one around to help you. Well, my name is Sylvia Russell, and I'm going to show you, how you can French braid your own hair. I'm going to demonstrate it for you, and you're going to watch. Now remember, make sure you have your products. Make sure you have a shine spray, just to kind of make sure that it's going to be shiny and manageable. Also if you need, get a little palmate, because this is going to help you get any tangles or any fly aways out the way before you start your braid. So here we go. Watch carefully, because this is something that I know you can do at home. Now when doing a French braid, you need to go ahead and gather a bunch of hair at the top. Be sure to divide it into three sections; 1,2 and 3. Now a French braid is on top of each other. Grabbing hair as you go along on top. Grabbing hair, go on top; grab the hair, go on top. And you continue this all the way down to the very bottom of your hair. Now be sure that you grab hair from the sides, as such, and incorporate that into your French braid. Also, grab hair from this side, incorporate it into your French braid. As you can see, the braid has begun. Just continue all the way down the head. It doesn't have to be tight. But if you like it a little more snug, that is something that you can do. Once you reach the bottom, you continue to braid, making sure to keep the hair de-tangled, but following all the way down. I know that this is something that you can do at home, so just practice. Because remember, practice makes perfect. And there you have a French braid. Now I know that this is something that you can do at home, it's very simple. Make sure, and have all your products. Have a comb and a brush. Make sure you have your palmate and your shine spray. Once you do this, and you get practicing, you'll be well on you way to creating the perfect French braid. My name is Sylvia Russell, and this is how you can create a French braid on yourself."
